All services are fulfilled through our website and Members Area.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate personal, delivery, and payment information

Create a member account to access recipes

Agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service if misuse is detected.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

1 Day Box: £18.99 + £5.99 delivery

7 Day Box (weekly subscription): £56 + £5.99 delivery

Monthly Box Subscription: £224 + £23.95 delivery

Prices may change at any time.
Subscription payments renew automatically until cancelled.

Payment is processed securely via Wix and its integrated payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Weekly or monthly billing depending on the plan

Delivery fees associated with your plan

Subscriptions continue until cancelled.

Cancellation

5. Meal Selection Requirements

Subscribers must select meals before their delivery cut-off.

If no selection is made:

We may send a chef-selected menu
OR -
Delivery may be rescheduled

No refunds will be provided for missed selections.

6. Delivery
​
Delivery fees apply to all box orders.
​
Delivery dates depend on:

The type of box purchased

The customer’s chosen start date

The meal selection form submission

Customer Responsibilities:

7. Perishable Goods

Meal boxes contain fresh ingredients.

Because of this:

Returns are not accepted

Refunds are not issued after preparation or dispatch

We are not responsible for ingredients spoiled due to unattended deliveries

This is standard for perishable food under UK law.

8. Recipe Access (Digital Content)

Customers receive recipe access only for the meals they purchase.

Access is controlled by member roles and unlocks after:

9. Refunds & Returns
